We're always interested in connecting with experienced MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs who share our approach to medicine, even when we don't have an immediate opening.

Our clinical hiring needs can vary significantly. Sometimes we're looking for someone licensed in a particular state. Other times, we need coverage on specific days or hours, or a clinician with particular training or clinical expertise.

The more we know about your interests, qualifications, and availability ahead of time, the better we can identify opportunities that make sense for both you and Parsley.

Depending on our future hiring needs, opportunities may include:

• Full-time or part-time W-2 employment

• Virtual care or in-person care at our NYC Center in Flatiron, Manhattan

• Collaborative care alongside fellow clinicians, health coaches, and RN care managers

• Access to advanced testing, clinical resources, and technology designed to support personalized care

• Licensed MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs with active state licensure and applicable board certification

• Clinicians with 3+ years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in primary care

• Clinicians with professional experience practicing functional, integrative, or longevity medicine

• Clinicians who have completed or are pursuing formal functional medicine training or certifications

• People who value personalized patient care, collaboration, technology, and continuous learning

• Functional medicine experience and formal training are especially valuable to us, but we also welcome interest from clinicians who are earlier in their functional medicine journey.
