Testing Associate- Methodist College

The Testing Associate is responsible for scheduling and proctoring ADA and make-up exams for students as well as handling daily testing prep and other administrative duties. The Associate also proctors exams for the community (placement exams, CNA exams, and CNA Test Prep exams).

• →Proctors exams and serves as an ADA Reader for students with accommodations; proctor exams for community (CNA and placement tests).
• →Maintains the integrity of the testing environment by adhering to the college’s policy for academic integrity.
• →Follows best practices in testing recommended by the National College Testing Association (NCTA), ATI, and other testing agencies.
• →Adheres to ADA and FERPA confidentiality guidelines
• →Completes training and certifications for various types of exams including but not limited to ATI, Accuplacer, and CNA exams.
• →Acts as a backup to the Testing Manager

Schedules ADA and make-up exams. Other administrative duties include but are not limited to, preparing daily files, answering phones, troubleshooting testing issues, and responding to email. Coordinates with faculty to schedule exams.

The compensation range for this position is $15.62per hour - $25.3per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
