Claims Adjuster II, Auto/Property Hybrid Team

We are looking for Multiline Claims Adjusters - Auto and Home Insurance for our Hybrid Team! We are looking for an Adjuster to join on an 18 month contract, and to join as permanent.

As a Claims Adjuster in the Hybrid Team, you will be at the heart of what we do best: helping people. You will work within a passionate and diverse team of claims adjusters who help clients get back on track after an auto or home insurance claim.

Your strong desk management, creative thinking and drive to deliver a second to none customer experience will be an asset to our team, where you will have the exciting opportunity to investigate auto and property insurance claims of various complexity and manage them for our personal insurance operations.

• →Open new claims over the phone with clients and ensure immediate handling of the claim.
• →Analyze the information gathered, interpret insurance policy wording, determines coverage, assesses damage.
• →Document the claim file by meeting with all involved parties and obtaining appropriate reports and statements from customers, appraisers, third party adjusters, claimants, witnesses, police, and any other pertinent experts to determine coverage.
• →Provide a superior quality of customer service to external and internal customers, and answer queries relating to the claims process.
• →Collaborate effectively with various teams, including appraisal, underwriting, and subrogation.
• →Settle the claim in a fair and reasonable manner, validate damages and complete payments.

• Have at least 1-2 years of experience as a claims adjuster.
• Demonstrate agility, autonomy, and proactivity in managing your work plan.
• Your curiosity, innovation and commitment.
• Good knowledge of insurance products.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the claims process.
• Maintain a high level of performance and productivity.
