Senior Director, System Optimization & Transfers

The Senior Director, System Optimization and Transfers supports franchise portfolio optimization by leading targeted buyer recruitment, priority transfer transactions, transaction financial tracking, and transfer governance. Reporting to the VP, Franchise Portfolio Optimization and Growth this role helps connect qualified buyers with priority opportunities, coordinates complex transfer activity, develops transaction insights, and provides structure and oversight to the administrative transfer process. The role combines franchise business knowledge, unit level economics, transaction coordination, relationship management, cross-functional leadership, and disciplined process execution across the brand portfolio.
