Building Automation and Controls Technician

• Mount, wire, and terminate DDC (Direct Digital Control) controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices
• Download, configure, and update software sequences, schedules, operator workstation graphics, and trend logs
• Perform point-to-point checkouts, sensor calibrations, and functional testing to verify systems operate according to sequence of operation
• Diagnose and repair electrical, communication, and mechanical control failures
• Troubleshoot BACnet, IP, and MS/TP communication networks
• Install, commission, and support building automation and control systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Strong knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems
• Experience with low-voltage electrical systems
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
