Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TMX, you will act as a consultative expert driving end-to-end recruitment. In this role, you will attract, engage, and support the team to hire top talent across our Business Units. In addition, you will also collaborate with the global HR team on business-wide initiatives, championing innovation as TMX continues to grow and evolve.

•  Minimum 3 years experience of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, hiring exceptional people across multiple disciplines.

• Advanced expertise in sourcing, and creativity in utilizing proactive talent attraction and engagement strategies.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to be valued as a business partner, providing guidance and consultation, building relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

• Ability to build credibility, being seen as a specialist in talent acquisition, and leveraging data to drive hiring decisions.

• Proven negotiation and influence skills.

• Ability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of the business.

• A collaborative approach to how you work with others within the global Talent Acquisition team, and broader HR team.

• Experience using Workday HRIS, including the ability to troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and process efficiency for internal stakeholders. 

• Bilingual (French and English) communication skills
