Trainee SPV

As a Trainee SPV, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to learn the essential skills and knowledge required to effectively supervise and lead teams within Valeo Management.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Participate in a structured training program covering various aspects of supervisory duties, company policies, and operational procedures.
* Shadow experienced supervisors to observe and learn best practices in team leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution.
* Assist in coordinating daily team activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
* Learn to identify and address operational issues, escalating complex problems to senior management as needed.
* Develop an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
* Support the implementation of company initiatives and process improvements.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and collaboration.
* Complete all assigned training modules and assessments to demonstrate competency.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications:**

* Active student (e.g., IT Industrial Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong interest in developing leadership and supervisory skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proactive and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Requirements: Internship duration of 6 to 12 months, active student status, and continuous coverage under a student medical insurance policy throughout the entire period.
