Responsibilities

→Know-how capitalization & product standardization throughout the development of technical bricks, lessons learned from previous projects, product validations, return on experience and standards creation
→Performing Design Reviews for all projects for his (her) scope of ownership, assessing technical risks and evaluating the implementation of technical solutions
→Supporting the engineering teams in solving complex technical issues, actively participating in problem-solving, representing the company in front of customers and/or supplier when needed
→Developing technical training modules covering his (her) scope of ownership

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field)
Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
Minimum 10 years of experience in an interdisciplinary engineering environment (preferably in design, testing, expertise of electrical motors)
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
Analytical and inquisitive mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work with international teams
