Our Czechowice-Dziedzice site is a state-of-the-art multi-product R&D hub where engineering ingenuity meets automated, high-voltage mass manufacturing. To lead our rapid expansion into fully integrated propulsion, we are seeking an agile and experienced Product Technical Leader for our eAxle projects.

As the Product Technical Leader, you are the technical driver of the project. You will orchestrate the design, integration, and validation of the full electric drive unit, seamlessly combining electric motors, power electronics, and mechanical transmissions.
