That's especially true right now as we grow our Brisbane Architecture Studio and are looking for talented architects and designers across a range of experience levels to join us on the next stage of our journey.

Whether you're an emerging Architect looking to develop your experience, a Senior Architect ready to lead significant project packages, or a BIM / Model Manager passionate about digital delivery, this is an opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to some of the industry's most technically challenging projects.

HDR has a long-established presence in Brisbane, with our transportation team delivering major infrastructure projects across South East Queensland and beyond.

Now, we're expanding our Architecture practice in Brisbane to complement our highly successful and established Architecture studios in Sydney and Melbourne.

You'll be joining at an exciting stage of growth, helping shape a new studio while benefiting from the support, expertise and project opportunities of a well-established national and global architecture practice, alongside HDR's extensive engineering and infrastructure capability.

Our portfolio spans health, education, science, transit, aviation, defence, civic and community projects, as well as growing opportunities across technology, digital infrastructure and data centre developments.

Grounded in technical rigour and elevated by architectural ambition, we work collaboratively across disciplines to create places that enrich human experience and leave a lasting impact.

We're currently seeking professionals for opportunities including:

Architects / Architectural Project Coordinators
Senior Architects / Package Leads
BIM / Model Managers
Associate-level Architect

Depending on your experience, you'll have opportunities to:

Contribute to the design and delivery of complex projects
Develop documentation and technical solutions
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Lead project packages and workstreams
Build strong client relationships
Mentor and support emerging talent
Help shape the growth and culture of our Brisbane studio

We're looking for those who are excited by the opportunity to join our Brisbane Architecture Studio at a formative stage of growth. Alongside technical capability, we're seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are motivated by the opportunity to help build, shape and influence a growing practice.

We're interested in individuals who bring:

A passion for architecture and design excellence
Experience delivering complex architectural or infrastructure projects through multiple project stages
Strong technical design, documentation and coordination capability
Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating closely with engineering and specialist consultants
A proactive mindset, accountability and a commitment to project outcomes
The ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
A collaborative approach and commitment to technical excellence

Experience in health, data centres, education, science, transport, aviation, defence, civic or complex infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
