What You’ll be Doing 
Have a passion to solve work related puzzles? Are you looking for an opportunity to experience something new each day? You'll monitor performance, provide insights and recommendations relating to program performance indicators and program metrics. You’ll also manage and support day-to-day operations, process, and reporting.  

You’ll contribute to the success of the business, the teams you support and departments you partner with on a consistent basis through your recommendations. 

During a Typical Day, You’ll 

• Use AI-driven QA and conversation intelligence tools to analyze customer calls and identify the sales behaviors affecting performance and customer outcomes.
• Validate AI-generated findings against actual customer interactions before using them in coaching, using your analytical skills and experience.
• Create targeted Coaching Action Plans for individuals or groups, using real examples to define what should change and how improvements will be measured.
• Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions with documented plans to tackle performance trends, adjusting plans where needed.
• Create and share reports using the insights highlighting recurring performance gaps, sales coaching priorities, and progress.
• Spend up to 40% of working time handling live inbound and/or outbound customer calls, applying effective sales behaviors and using firsthand experience to strengthen coaching plans.

What You Bring to the Role 

• 1 year experience in a support role  

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office applications  

• High Analytical skills to identify trends, outliers, and performance behaviors  

• Ability to process data accurately and put together team statistics   

• Create detailed documentation    

• Experience in utilizing Microsoft Teams and Outlook  

• Resourceful in finding solutions to address on demand requests
