Market Manager (Vietnam)

Join Hitachi Energy as a Market Manager (Vietnam) and play a key role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening strategic customer relationships across Vietnam. You will lead market development initiatives, shape go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with global and local teams to deliver innovative energy solutions that support the country's growing infrastructure needs.

• Develop and execute market growth strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities in Vietnam.
• Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights across Utility, Offshore, Transport, and Industrial sectors.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including business development, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor market performance, sales forecasts, and key business metrics to drive sustainable growth.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to enhance brand awareness.
• Explore strategic partnerships and new business opportunities to accelerate market penetration and expansion.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, market management, or commercial roles within the energy, industrial, or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of developing successful market strategies and achieving business growth in Vietnam.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese business environment, customer landscape, and regulatory framework.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Self-driven team player with strong leadership capabilities and willingness to travel as required.
