Assistant Manager - Housekeeping (Female)

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Housekeeping Department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Housekeeping will support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the department, including the training, development, and supervision of Housekeeping Attendants and Team Leaders, while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager - Housekeeping or Team Leader - Housekeeping.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
