Maintenance Manager

1-800 Water Damage is looking for a flexible self starter who works well with others and would like to join our team! The position responsibilities will include general maintenance and repair of equipment, vehicles, building and grounds. Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanics is preferred. 

Examples of job duties: clean and maintain equipment as needed, some vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance/cleaning, occasional jobsite deliveries, truck mount maintenance and tank sanitizing, general building maintenance, painting and snow removal.

Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, kneel, bend/twist at the waist, and lay on back under vehicle.
