- Entrepreneurial: Have attempted to innovate and failed, maybe even won. But mainly has the courage to take a risk and see it through to conclusion
- Disciplined: Can do boring and hard things over an extended period of time to achieve a long term goal
- Innovative: Can think of ways to get things done others don't normally think about
- Story teller: Can craft a narrative to fit a situation with the objective of communicating more than just ideas but emotions and more
- Ethical: Has morals and values Is willing to ask hard questions, engage in constructive debate, and accept answers that don't necessarily fit their world view
- Coachable: Has been mentored or guided towards a difficult goal you clearly didn't have the skill to achieve beforehand
- Humble: Is willing to say I don't know, and when confronted with mistake is willing to admit mistakes.
- Self aware: Understands their value, but not over estimates it's impact to the organization
- Team player: Is aware of the value of working with team members to achieve goals you alone cannot achieve
- Good faith (حسن الظن): Revert to the Arabic definition of the word. Practices it. Believes in it.
