Investment Operations Manager

• →Key Stakeholder Management – Take responsibility for engaging with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. Manage service issues to resolution
• →Plan, oversee and own team deliverables – Ensure accurate and timely deliverable of the team’s activities, applying specialist knowledge as required
• →Manage project plans and impact assessments to ensure Investment Operations requirements are both understood and delivered to
• →Strategic input – Support the Investment Operations leadership team in identifying strategic change opportunities, develop collateral to support and influence decision makers on future direction of Investment Operations

• In-depth knowledge of Investment Operations functions covering unit-linked fund administration processes (including unit pricing, unit matching, box management and trading)
• Detailed understanding Box Management and how customer instructions flow through end-to-end architecture
• Understanding of mainframe applications (FM desirable)
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and developing subject matter experts
• Comprehensive understanding of fund hierarchies
• Proven ability to communicate complicated technical content to stakeholders at all levels
