What We’re Looking For:
You are a natural host—charismatic, polished, and attentive to the smallest details. You bring at least one full year of fine dining server experience at a single location, a strong knowledge of food and beverages, and a passion for delivering top-tier service. You anticipate guest needs, work seamlessly with your teammates, and genuinely enjoy connecting with others.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and guide them through our curated food and beverage menus
- Maximize sales through suggestive selling and confident menu knowledge
- Deliver a seamless and personalized dining experience for every guest
- Maintain an immaculate and organized section throughout service
- Assist teammates to ensure smooth service across the floor
- Handle customer payments promptly and accurately
Requirements:

- Strong working knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails
- Ability to memorize ingredients, menu items, and daily specials
