We are currently hiring for roles across the following areas:
- Customer Service Representative — Supporting US clients via phone, email, or chat
- Sales Representative — Engaging prospects and converting leads
- Appointment Setter — Qualifying and scheduling leads for sales teams
- Lead Generation Specialist — Identifying and outreaching to potential clients
- Virtual Assistant / Admin Support — Operational and administrative support for business owners and teams
Responsibilities

- →Communicating professionally with customers, prospects, or clients on behalf of US-based businesses
- →Handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat support
- →Scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining CRM records
- →Providing administrative and operational support including calendar management, data entry, and reporting
- →Researching, preparing documents, and coordinating tasks across teams
- →Using various business tools and platforms as required per client
Requirements
~1 min read- Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken (near-native fluency required)
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in any industry
- Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, sales, BPO, hospitality, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and online platforms
- Stable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
- Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support
- REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry, Junior, Senior Level
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 hours or 40 hours /week
- Daily Working Time: 8 AM-5 PM EST
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
- REPORTING TO/POC: To Be Determined
- Number of VAs: 1
- GENDER PREFERENCE: None
- LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English
- ACCENT PREFERENCE: Near Native
- REGION PREFERENCES: Philippines
