Assistant Manager, Product

Work location: The Empire tower, Sathorn, Bangkok

Working time: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, work at the office 100%, no hybrid.

• →Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• →Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• →Lead the Whole product development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• →Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and validate product features.
• →Define and Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators.
• →Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective product launches.
• →Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals.
• →Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams.
• →Understand data analysis and support the data-driven decision.
• →Coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in product management.
• Relevant experience in a Fintech Company
• Technical background will be a plus.
• Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
• High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results.
• Able to think outside the box, innovate and differentiate.
• Good organizing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and hands-on environment.
