Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant Location: San Rafael, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: Up to $30 per hour, depending on experience A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a newly established, modern dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, team-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Assist the dentist during general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, and surgical procedures Take digital X-rays and intraoral images Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards Review postoperative instructions with patients Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation Monitor and restock clinical supplies Support efficient patient flow throughout the day Perform all duties permitted by the candidate’s California license and certifications This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant who would like to help build a new practice while growing with a supportive dental team.
