Valencia / Santa Clarita, California | Full-Time Direct Hire | $30–$40 per Hour A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a well-established, comprehensive dental practice in the Santa Clarita/Valencia area to recruit a highly motivated, results-driven Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Closer for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. This practice is looking for a hungry, confident go-getter who knows how to build trust, communicate the value of treatment, overcome objections, and convert recommended dentistry into scheduled care. The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting larger treatment plans, discussing finances, and consistently following up with patients who have not yet scheduled. Schedule Monday: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Tuesday: 10:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Friday: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., alternating with working approximately one Monday per month Saturday and Sunday: Closed Team members are expected to arrive approximately 30 minutes before the first patient Compensation $30–$40 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated treatment-closing ability Quarterly team bonus opportunity Seeking a candidate with a proven track record of strong case acceptance and scheduled production Experience presenting and closing high-value implant, cosmetic, restorative, and comprehensive treatment plans strongly preferred Growth opportunity for a driven, goal-oriented coordinator who takes ownership of results Practice Environment Established dental practice operating for more than 40 years Current ownership approximately 7.5 years 1 provider 1 hygienist Approximately 7 team members 7 operatories PPO and fee-for-service patient base Outcome-oriented and detail-oriented culture Comprehensive practice offering cosmetic, restorative, implant, Invisalign, endodontic, and other advanced dental services Responsibilities Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly, confidently, and professionally Build strong relationships and establish trust with patients Educate patients on recommended treatment, value, timing, and next steps Present and close larger implant, cosmetic, restorative, Invisalign, and comprehensive cases Discuss treatment fees and financial arrangements confidently Explain available payment and financing options Identify barriers preventing patients from moving forward with treatment Confidently address objections involving cost, timing, fear, insurance, or treatment commitment Maintain consistent follow-up with patients who leave without scheduling Re-engage patients with outstanding or unscheduled treatment Maintain an organized treatment follow-up pipeline Work toward strong case-acceptance and treatment-conversion goals Help increase scheduled production through effective treatment presentation and follow-up Coordinate closely with the doctor, hygienist, and clinical team Maintain accurate patient and treatment documentation Deliver an exceptional patient experience from treatment presentation through scheduling Practice Software and Technology Curve Dental practice-management software Weave patient communication software Medit digital scanner Panoramic imaging with future CBCT planned WaveOne endodontic system MegaGen implant system; previous experience with BioHorizons, Neodent, and Straumann OptiBond bonding system Practice may transition to Open Dental or another cloud-based platform This opportunity is ideal for a Treatment Coordinator who is hungry, persuasive, personable, organized, and driven by results while maintaining a patient-first approach. The practice is looking for someone who does not simply present treatment and wait for the patient to call back. The right candidate will take ownership of the treatment pipeline, follow up consistently, understand the numbers, and help patients overcome barriers to saying yes to the care they need. Qualified Treatment Coordinators with a proven history of strong case acceptance are encouraged to apply confidentially with an updated résumé.
