AAA Forklifts is seeking a full-time Lead Mobile Mechanic - Equipment Technician in Orlando, FL, and we want someone who enjoys diagnosing and repairing all kinds of equipment in the field. As a Lead Mobile Mechanic - Equipment Technician, you'll enjoy a consistent, full-time schedule, working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a mechanic or equipment technician
• Hydraulic or diesel experience
• Ability to provide your own tools
• Clean driving record

Preferred qualifications:

• 10+ years of mechanical repair experience across various equipment types (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, loaders)
• Construction or industrial equipment mechanic experience
• Ability to read and follow electrical diagrams or schematics
• Experience in manual troubleshooting (no computers or code readers)
