Our Mobile Mechanics - Forklift Service Techs earn $24.00 - $38.00/hour (based on experience) and incentives for selling and completing additional work.

MOBILE MECHANIC - FORKLIFT SERVICE TECH SCHEDULE:

Typical hours are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Operator experience will NOT be considered! This is a hands-on service and repair position, and we're looking for applicants with mechanical experience. You'll need:

• 5+ years of work experience as a mechanic
• Ability to provide your own tools
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Bonus Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining hydraulics, diesel engines, and/or construction equipment
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics
• Experience with manual troubleshooting (no code reader or computer usage)

WHAT A DAY AS OUR MOBILE MECHANIC - FORKLIFT SERVICE TECH LOOKS LIKE:

You'll perform exceptional repairs, replacements, diagnostics, and maintenance on clients' forklifts, traveling to different locations as needed to solve whatever problems are going on. Armed with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, you'll perform 120-point inspections, diagnose the source of issues, and complete the appropriate services. You'll replace old parts (like belts), repair parts like brakes, rebuild parts like cylinders, and follow diagrams to service electrical parts like alternators, starters, and batteries. No two days will be the same, making this a great opportunity for a dynamic problem solver!
