Our location in Kansas City, Missouri has an opportunity for a Data Entry Team Lead. The Data Entry Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily data entry operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
This role combines hands-on data entry responsibilities with leadership duties, including supporting team performance, maintaining reporting, and serving as a key point of contact for clients. The Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring service levels are met and data integrity is maintained across systems.

This role combines hands-on data entry responsibilities with leadership duties, including supporting team performance, maintaining reporting, and serving as a key point of contact for clients. The Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring service levels are met and data integrity is maintained across systems.
- Perform data entry and validation activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes
- Oversee daily workflow and task distribution for a team of data entry representatives
- Monitor team performance against productivity, accuracy, and service level expectations
- Review and audit data to ensure quality standards and compliance are met
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and status updates
- Maintain and deliver reporting on key performance indicators, volume trends, and deliverables
- Analyze data trends and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Ensure timely completion of all client deliverables and proactively address risks or delays
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to improve performance and engagement
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on performance, challenges, and resolutions
- Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and reporting standards
- Other duties as assigned

7:00 am-3:00 PM
Requirements
~1 min read- Some team lead experience within the field
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry/typing skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle high-volume work
