Your mission is to build, own, and scale referral-generating relationships with case management professionals and organizations. Unlike traditional sales, this role requires a deeply consultative approach. You aren't just pitching a service; you are educating partners, solving their placement challenges, and becoming their absolute go-to resource for patient care.

Your goal is to spread awareness, build immense trust, and drive a sustained, high volume of referrals to Abby Care. Because this is a fundamental growth position, your performance targets and compensation structure are directly linked to the referral volume and successful admissions generated from your territory.
