Responsibilities:
Business Development:

Prospecting: Continuous expansion of relationship beyond existing clients base, establish/maintain strong relationship with existing clients to identify new opportunities.
Pre-sales: Develop discussion materials and proposals and convince and agree with the clients, also proactively collaborate with other functions/ offices.

Project Delivery:

Act as a team lead of strategy projects (such as BPR, DX, Operation Excellence), manage internal teams and coordinate client stakeholders across business units and functions.
Develop insights and strategic recommendations through in-depth market research, market needs and competitive analysis, etc.
Design and implement BPR/DX/Operation Excellence Assessment & Recommendation, Cost Benefit Analysis, Implementation Roadmap, Change Management, PMO).
Facilitate executive workshops and board-level presentations to align key stakeholders on strategic directions.

Team Management:

Team Building through mentoring and coaching junior consultants and analysts in daily work and long-term development.
Self-development: Continue learning and developing new skills to support the company's upcoming projects.

Qualifications:

Function: Management/ Business Consulting.
Minimum 9 years of professional work experience.
Proven experience working in a business consulting firm.
At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead role within a consulting environment.
Exposure to multiple industries and business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to lead hypothesis-driven approaches and data-based analysis.
Demonstrates high integrity, curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop as a consultant.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage tight project timelines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Passion for developing, mentoring, and managing team members.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
