Cleaning Operative

We are looking for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will help deliver high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service while supporting a positive experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues on site.

• →Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in line with BICSc standards
• →Follow ABM health and safety procedures at all times
• →Maintain a clean, smart appearance and wear company uniform at all times
• →Work proactively to support colleagues and contribute to a strong team environment
• →Carry out duties as directed by the Team Leader
• →Take on ad hoc duties as required by operational needs
• →Interact professionally with members of the public while on site
• →Recognise situations where support may be needed, including assisting in public-facing incidents or site evacuations where appropriate
• →Look for opportunities to improve working practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• →Help ensure ABM’s reputation for professionalism and quality is maintained at all times
