As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with various project components to ensure that the developed solutions effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding evolving business needs and translating them into functional applications, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unix Shell Scripting, SnapLogic, Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong knowledge of database design and query optimization techniques.
- Ability to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code within complex application environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
