We are seeking an experienced Azure Red Hat OpenShift / Linux Senior Architect with 15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, container platforms, Linux administration, and cloud-native technologies. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer advisory responsibilities to help organizations optimize, modernize, and secure their OpenShift environments.

Responsibilities

→Serve as a trusted advisor across OpenShift, Linux Administration, Identity, and Security.
→Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
→Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
→Troubleshoot complex issues through telemetry, log analysis, and root-cause investigations.
→Develop prioritized remediation and optimization recommendations based on technical findings and business impact.
→Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle management activities.
→Collaborate with engineering, delivery, security, and business teams to achieve customer success.

Requirements

✅ 15+ years of experience in Linux administration, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies.

✅ Advanced English communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.

✅ Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.

✅ Proven ability to deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

✅ Hands-on expertise in:

CI/CD

Monitoring
Automation

✅ Experience with Linux administration and containerized environments.

✅ Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Azure Infrastructure
Identity and Access Management
Security and Governance
Automation Frameworks
Enterprise Cloud Platforms

⭐ Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

⭐ Experience supporting large-scale modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives.

⭐ Experience with PowerShell or other automation tools.

✔ Deep expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes environments

✔ Strong Linux administration background

✔ Customer-focused and consultative mindset

✔ Ability to lead complex technical discussions and workshops

✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

✔ Passion for cloud-native technologies and continuous learning
