Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails translating complex business needs into practical technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team and across projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams during transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
