Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The role also entails translating complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions and operating models.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
