Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves identifying and shaping opportunities that deliver measurable business value for clients. You lead comprehensive assessments of the current business environment and gather high-level customer requirements. You design the necessary business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities and develop compelling business cases that align with the strategic vision. Your role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding complex business landscapes and translating them into actionable plans that drive success and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing business processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable business solutions.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
