Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs and to design effective business solutions and frameworks. The Business Architect also focuses on developing detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are both feasible and impactful. Throughout the day, the role demands a balance of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to drive meaningful business transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business strategies with technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing customer relationship management solutions.
- Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Skilled in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
