Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in bridging business needs with technology-driven approaches and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and technology solutions.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- A solid understanding of business transformation methodologies and change management principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
