Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Well versed with Demand planning & forecasting, Master planning modules and knowledge of process & lean manufacturing. Knowledge of Warehousing and SCM is added advantage. Strong communication skills as it involves interaction with onshore and client
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Ability to develop and document business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Capability to guide and support the implementation of business transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
