Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Skilled in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
