This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions. The position requires translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and supply chain operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
