Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology capabilities by defining effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending actionable solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in developing and documenting business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with operating model design and business transformation methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
