This role includes gathering and documenting high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions. The professional translates organizational needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports business transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and drive consensus on business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards related to system validation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
