Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This role requires defining high-level customer requirements and designing the necessary business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts that support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment between business goals and technology solutions to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Ability to design and implement business processes that optimize operational efficiency.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams.
- Capability to develop comprehensive business cases and strategic roadmaps.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A Any Btech degree is required.
