Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

- Capability to guide teams through complex change initiatives and ensure successful adoption.

Additional Information:
