Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational goals.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes and operational models.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine business strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing and documenting business cases to support transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and operational framework design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
