Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in bridging business needs with technology capabilities, ensuring that proposed operating models support ongoing transformation efforts. Additionally, the role includes developing compelling business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of significant initiatives, fostering collaboration across multiple teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Monitor progress of transformation initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop and present detailed business cases to support decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with operating model design and implementation within business transformation contexts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
