CFO&EVはデジタル時代を鑑み、金庫番型の経理財務組織からのプロデュース型の経理組織への変革を目指した企画・伴走をすることで価値提供を行っています。またEV（企業価値向上）観点では経理財務に閉じないバックオフィス全体やトップライン向上にまで寄与できるような取組を進めています。

財務・経営管理コンサルタント - ビジネスコンサルティング本部では3つのチームが協働しながらビルドアップをしています

・DEX (Digital Enterprise Transformation)

テクノロジーを活用し徹底的に効率化された業務オペレーションを集約化・高度化された組織で対応するオペレーティングモデルの導入をサポートし、コスト削減・ガバナンス強化・海外展開基盤構築といった持続的な成長を支える業務基盤・組織基盤の確立に貢献します。

・TER With ERP

ERP刷新を契機として、会社の次世代のグローバル運営モデル（管理モデル、組織機能配置、業務プロセス、デジタル活用等）をクライアント経営陣と描き、全社構造改革(Total Enterprise Reinvention)を推進し、クライアント企業の大きな財務成果創出を支援します。

・EPM

クライアントの経営パフォーマンスを最大化するために経営管理業務の強化、高度化をビジネス・テクノロジーの両面の知見・経験から支援する専門集団です。
