Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and optimized for performance. The position requires coordinating with various teams to deliver seamless cloud adoption that supports advanced business objectives and future growth. The engineer continuously monitors progress and adapts plans to meet evolving requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the migration process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud migration strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud migration frameworks that ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding best practices in cloud technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management.
- Strong knowledge of private and public cloud technologies and their integration.
- Ability to develop scalable, high-performance cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
- Familiarity with application and data migration methodologies and tools.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud environments for reliability and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
