Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Bancoppel - AMS IMS. The client is Coppel S.A, a company specializing in retail and financial services with a strong presence in Latin America.

Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for owning the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. You will set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Temenos Transact is required. Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Architectures is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Application Architecture Design and Software Design & Solutions is suggested.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and customer needs.
Mentor and support team members to develop their technical skills and foster a collaborative environment.
Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve the architecture and delivery processes.
Lead technical reviews and ensure that solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

Ability to read and understand CRF files
Experience tracing accounting movements within the application
Knowledge of TSA.SERVICE, TSA.STATUS, BATCH, TSA.WORKLOAD.PROFILE, COB, CUSTOMER, AA Lending, AA Deposits, and Accounts
Experience with vendor patch installation
Knowledge of TAFJ, APIs, IRIS, TDH, ENQUIRIES, and OFS
Experience using kubectl commands and accessing PODs
Experience raising and managing support tickets with the vendor
Experience handling operational requests related to AA modules, loan collections, report generation, and account statements

Requierd Skills
