Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous enhancement of software to support evolving organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Gather requirements from Customers and plans, design, implement, test, and document integration processes varying in levels of complexity for System/transaction integration in Coupa procurement environment
- Develop test plan specifications, test and debug processes according to plan. Support in Coupa for buyer/supplier transaction integrations

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Coupa.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of software systems and APIs.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Coupa.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
