In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business strategies.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Apache Administration, AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
