About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Platform / DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of automation, infrastructure, and engineering practices used across the organization.

This role will focus on platform automation, security and compliance, CI/CD optimization, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.

🔴 GitHub Actions — MUST HAVE

Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing reusable GitHub Actions and organization-wide platform automation using TypeScript/Node.js.

Responsibilities

→⚙️ Lead the design and implementation of reusable GitHub Actions and platform automation at an enterprise scale.
→🏗️ Own and develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/HCL on AWS.
→☁️ Manage infrastructure and supporting services for GitHub Enterprise, including:
- →Geo-replication
- →Networking / VPC / EIP
- →Compute / EC2
→🔐 Drive Security & Compliance initiatives, including:
- →SAST / SCA remediation
- →Veracode, SonarQube, and CodeQL integrations
- →Production Readiness Reviews
- →Secret and token rotation
→🔄 Improve CI/CD, release automation, and operational practices.
→🚨 Establish and improve operational processes involving PagerDuty, runbooks, tiered SLAs, and change management.
→🤖 Establish and champion AI-assisted engineering workflows using tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, including patterns, guardrails, and team best practices.
→👥 Provide technical mentorship, design and code reviews, and architectural guidance.
→🤝 Partner with the Product Owner and Scrum Master on planning, prioritization, and delivery.

Requirements

🧑‍💻 Experience working in Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, or automation environments.
🏛️ Strong ability to contribute to technical and architectural decisions and provide technical leadership.
