As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that are trained on extensive datasets, ensuring the models can effectively process natural language. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to refine model parameters and optimize performance, while continuously exploring innovative approaches to enhance language understanding and generation capabilities within complex systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model development with organizational objectives and client requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, Microsoft Azure Data Services, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience in handling large-scale datasets and training models on unlabeled text data.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze model performance and implement improvements for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
